Ribbs studied his professional shooting career under legendary sporting clay champion and olympic medalist Dan Carlisle. Carlisle immediately discovered Theo’s natural talent. And at age sixteen quickly rose to become Junior national champion.  By twenty-one years old Theo entered the professional ranks with great success winning major championships.  His success gathered the attention among other professional athletes from major league sports, who he has tutored and coached to enhance their recreational clay shooting skills.
