For this episode, Aaron is joined by Michael Keenan, president of the Seasteading Institute. Seasteading is the idea that people can create permanent, floating settlements on international waters, so as to escape government reach.  The two talk about the institute, Mr. Keenan's involvement in it, the logistics of creating a floating city and the possibility of such a city facing aggression from the U.S. government.
