Now that the 2017 NFL Draft is in the books, drafts of a different sort are cropping up all over the place. In these drafts, there won’t be a whole lot of working out – you’re more likely to see 40 ounces than 40 times. But the folks involved still take the festivities plenty seriously.

It’s rookie draft season in dynasty fantasy football leagues.

With that in mind, this week’s all about the first-year players at the Fantasy Football Feeding Frenzy, as Fantasy Sharks Staff Writers Gary Davenport and Todd Latzke break down the top 50 rookies in 2017.

At running back, Leonard Fournette of the Jacksonville Jaguars was considered the top dog headed into Philadelphia. Now that we know who landed where is that still the case? And if so – should Fournette be the first rookie drafted in 2017?

If Fournette isn’t the 1.01, then perhaps it’s one of this year’s top receivers. But which of the three young wideouts who were selected in the top 10 of the draft are the top banana in fantasy. Is it Corey Davis in Tennessee? Mike Williams in La-La Land? What about speedster John Ross in Cincinnati?

Running backs and wide receivers will no doubt dominate the first round, but what about the quarterbacks, tight ends and even the IDPs? Where do the players at those positions factor into this year’s rookie pecking order?
