Earlier this week on the FOX News Rundown, FOX News contributor and George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley joined host Dave Anthony to break down the Supreme Court's decision to decline an appeal regarding the voided plea agreement for 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and two co-defendants.
Turley explained the legal hurdles of the military commission system, how past controversies over interrogation and torture memos complicate future trials, and why these proceedings have faced decades of delays. Plus, Turley weighed in on President Trump's decision to cancel the public live-streaming of the upcoming execution of Fort Hood shooter Nidal Hasan.
The conversation ran long, so we only ran a portion of it earlier this week on the FOX News Rundown. Today on the FOX News Rundown: Extra, you will hear it all!Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
