It’s 5:30am and Nick is up and feeling immense gratitude for life in general.  How many of us wake up and just feel grateful for our lives?  We all have some sort of pain that we go through; you wouldn’t know joy without pain.  This past week has been a painful one for Nick as he celebrated his fathers' life.  During the ceremony, he was asked to keep his speech to three minutes.  This struck Nick, how could you sum up 67 years in three minutes?  His fathers' life was a full one and deserved recognition.  It truly is a short life, and we shouldn’t waste the one life we’re given.  What will people say in their three minutes about you?  Chase your dreams; don’t let day after day pass until eventually you pass.  Listen to the voice in your heart and leave a legacy.
