White pointed out, Nick had lost his vision, his clarity, and his certainty.  Garrett reminded Nick how much and how fast things can change if  you simply do the work.  It’s one thing to see your vision, but it’s another thing to do the work to achieve it.  So, give yourself permission to unlock your potential.
