After high school he joined the US Navy and was a ship&#39;s accountant for 4 years before getting out and going to work in bars and restaurants in Chicago. He bought a restaurant there and sold it after 5 years of running it profitably. He then moved to Columbus and applied as a bartender at Condado Tacos before the first location had even opened.
