9-year-old Asha Degree appears to have left her home in the early hours of Valentine's Day, February 14, 2000.What happened to Asha after she was seen walking along Highway 18 in Shelby, North Carolina has remained a mystery every since.Anyone with information in the Cleveland County area specifically can call the Cleveland County Sheriff's Office at 704-484-4822 or the FBI at 704-672- 6100, nationwide, 1-800-CALL-FBI is the FBI’s national line. Anyone can call to report any information to the FBI.
