You want change and you’re aware that change needs to happen, but fear gets in your way when you want to take action. Getting what you want means you need to move forward. We chat about the dialogue to use on a daily basis and giving yourself permission to not be fine and  to be too tired. We are not an island and should not do everything ourselves.
