At a time when doctors often recommended immobilizing the limbs of polio patients, Kenny advocated movement, stretching and muscle rehabilitation. Her methods faced significant resistance, but eventually gained recognition and influenced the development of modern physiotherapy.And that background makes this quote particularly powerful.Being a “lion” doesn't necessarily mean being aggressive or dominating other people.
