Choosing a career, building relationships, managing money, or deciding how to respond when life throws us a challenge. Those decisions can feel overwhelming. But Roy Disney reminds us that there's a powerful tool that can simplify them: knowing what truly matters to us. If you value honesty, the truthful choice becomes clear. If you value health, choosing to exercise or eat well becomes easier. If you value family, you'll naturally prioritize the people you love. Our values act like a compass.
