Our First WeatherBrain has been at the forefront of chasing and reporting on severe weather and other extreme weather in Oklahoma.  He&#39;s an Oklahoma native and grew up in Edmond.  He earned his education at OU and got an internship opportunity at the ABC affiliate in Oklahoma City before his first on-air opportunity at Channel 8 in Tulsa.  David Payne, welcome to the show!
