Alexander J. Fox was diagnosed with Crohn&#39;s disease in 2015. His world turned upside down.  Severe anxiety and depression consumed him. Nothing brought him joy, not even being with the love of his life. Alexander lost weight, self confidence, the will to enjoy life and even the love of his  life. He lost so much, all that remained were feelings of shame, guilt, and despair. Then, in 2018, something life-changing happened. While traveling across Europe and the US, he experienced a Spiritual Remembrance. Walking the streets of Scotland, he found himself on a familiar path, a place he knew from a dream. It was here that Alexander began exploring spirituality and energy healing. This journey led him to Reiki, Yoga, Breathwork, Mindset Coaching, Sound Healing, Psychic Mediumship, and other practices—tools that helped him break through personal barriers. Alexander&#39;s struggles had given him purpose and a new found passion to help others.  Today, he feels confident, grateful, and blessed.
